Program Management Services

Exico, Inc. has worked closely and successfully on several programs with city and state agencies. These programs focused on facilitating the participation of minority and women owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) or disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) majority in public and private sector contracting opportunities. The participation was in the form of prime subcontracting or joint venture relationships with prime contractors in undertaking private and government agency projects. Exico, Inc. was also involved in identifying and screening M/WBE/DBE
partners for major contractors.

Additional aspects of such consulting engagements included contract compliance supervision and reporting on performance of prime contractor and M/WBE in such projects. The clients who sponsored such programs were the City of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, and private enterprises.
