With the recent acquisition of its downtown based corporate headquarters, Exico, Inc. is pleased to announce the launching of The Exico Business Center, a first of its kind business incubator providing in-house management and technical assistance in the areas of financing, accounting, engineering and computer support services aimed at start up and rapid growth companies. 

The Exico Business Center is located at 241 Fourth Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh, providing its incubator tenants easy access to the city’s corporate and financial headquarters, as well as an array of in-house managerial and technical support services.  Eustace O. Uku, Esq., a corporate lawyer and MBA with over thirty years of experience in small business development in the local scene, who is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Exico, Inc., has dedicated The Exico Business Center, on Exico, Inc.’s twentieth anniversary of doing business in Pittsburgh, to the area’s fast growing cadre of small business enterprises spearheading the region’s transformation and march into the new millennium.  “We have a keen sense of our regional direction, and that sense is telling us that a paradigm shift is underway” Mr Uku stated.  “The gray clouds of our industrial past are lifting from the City of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania to reveal an exciting future that lies ahead of us.  With all the efforts of key policy makers over the past decade, a regional transformation is underway that has brought even the most auspicious venture capitalists to our city, mining the rich local technical talent to create world class companies.”   The Exico Business Center is positioned to provide a platform for our region’s emerging companies to be a part of these exciting changes.
