Job Description:
(Washington
DC area).
Environmental analysis of international business,
legal and political markets, including the Sub-Saharian.
Advise U.S. clients and international clients on legal
and political issues involved in conducting business between two continents.
Assist U.S. and international clients (including and
primarily from the continent of Africa) in reviewing and
executing international trade contracts.
J.D.
and U.S. bar admission or eligibility.
Knowledge of and concentration in international
business and environmental law as well as international
socio-political issues.
Extensive international travel.
40 hours per week.
Must have permanent work authorization to be employed
in the U.S.
